Having most recently worked as producer for Hollow Bear Productions, and previously as a producer for the web-series NewsLab, Safi has been creating and managing content for TVC and the web across Lebanon, Syria, Indonesia, India, the United States, and her home, Australia.
Safi has produced for and with TV shows such as The Chaser, The Roast and Bad Sports, created and managed online content for clients such as the Indigenous Alliance to the Australian Council of Trade Unions, headed video production for web-series such as the satirical LiberalHQ and the gonzo-journalist team NewsLab, and interviewed high profiles such as Josh Reynolds of the Bulldogs to The Freedom Fund, tackling child-slavery in India.
In addition to having no social life, Safi produced and co-created the world-first Sydney Museum of Words, which stirred global controversy during it’s premiere in November 2013.
Safi also won Sydney’s Best Filmmaker of 2012.
